Day #27 - Chest, Shoulders & Triceps

This is a great workout - I love the variety in push-ups and creative (but safe) dumbbell exercises.

I took it particularly easy on a few of the shoulder / cuff intensive lifts like Scarecrow, Weighted Circles and In & Out Shoulder Flys.

Ab Ripper X was OK.

Trying out a new workout and diet record sheet today.

  2. Yogurt [170]
  3. 3 Cups Pasta w/ meat sauce [500]
  4. 3 Cups Barley Oatmeal [450]
  5. 1/2 Cup Dried Fruit [120]
  6. P90X Recovery Drink [220]
  7. MyoPlex [500]
Total of 2,460 calories.

As I suspected, I took in far too few calories today and paid for it in the workout.
