P90X Barefoot or Shoes?

I love doing P90X workouts, and I do some of them barefoot. Some of these workouts I am taking shoes off to do Ab Ripper which I much prefer barefoot.

Here is my breakdown.

Shoes
  • Plyo-X
  • Legs & Back
  • Kenpo-X
  • Back & Biceps
  • Chest, Shoulders & Triceps

No Shoes / Barefoot
  • Ab Ripper
  • Chest & Back
  • Shoulders & Arms
  • Yoga-X
  • Stretch-X
  • Cardio-X

Anyone have any thoughts?

As long as you have a soft enough workout surface, I prefer barefoot for everything. Get some extra workout for your feet and ankles.
