Not enough food eaten I think, and Kenpo-X really took it out of me.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I did do almost every rep (second wind?) in Ab-Ripper though, missing only a few Oblique V-Ups and three reps in Hip-Rock-N-Raise that I just could not do in time.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Chest &amp;amp; Back should be done with Push-Up bars, if not to make it more of a workout (extra range of motion) but to save your wrists. It was actually a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be, the strap and all. My workout partner today borked about 30 minutes in, just ran out of energy and her blood sugar dropped.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;If you hit that wall during Plyo-X, do NOT push yourself past it.  You will only get sick. That is a big decrease from before, when I was doing these workouts solo. I am really glad that I upgraded to the 552 because when I was using the 220 (like, &lt;a href="http://p90xs.blogspot.com/2008/11/day-17-shoulders-arms.html"&gt;for example Day #17&lt;/a&gt;) I was maxing out all my weights at 20 pounds, which was not working.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Now I am able to use 22.5, 25 and 30 pounds which really works for me now.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ab Ripper destroyed us both.  And we do not have any chairs so chair dips were hard.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Funny -- I have a pull-up / chin-up bar but no chairs. I move to California -- that is not a reason to stop P90X.  That one is all on me the lazy blog author.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I struggled.  I shook, I did not finish.  Tony says &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Do your best, forget the rest&lt;/span&gt;. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;That can be pretty hard when 'the rest' is staring up at you from the workout log and you're failing to even put up half the numbers you did two weeks ago.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;No Ab Ripper X. Long day at work as well so I did not finish the Ab Ripper until 2:30AM.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is the start of week #3.  Tough workout here, Ab Ripper was brutal after all those perfectly formed, strong-core pushups in Chest &amp;amp; Back. I weighed in at 144.7 pounds this morning when I woke up (dehydrated and unfed!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Big improvement considering I started the program under 130.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Saturday was "hell day" on my training schedule, and I was looking pretty rough this morning. If you perform the first 30 minutes at high intensity, you can easily hit your max limits in the second part.  Look for your second wind during &lt;span style="font-style: italic;"&gt;Military March&lt;/span&gt; ... you'll need it.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;In an effort to up the game here, I perform this entire workout (warmup and cooldown excluded) in 1.5 pound weighted exercise gloves.
